Girlfriends Support Milestone House

Join us for Second Saturday Brunch on March 11th featuring Milestone House, a residence and program designed to prepare at-risk teen foster girls for independent and productive living.        
 
Learn about their programs, including their Milestone House Program of Services for emancipated foster youth called Fostering Adulthood Jobs Network, a social enterprise which creates companies under the non-profit that offer foster youth opportunities for employment by developing products or providing services. 

Meet us at Get Smart WorkSpaces, Carlsbad, 10AM – and we’ll have you out by NOON in time for your weekend errands!

WHAT:    Girlfriends Care Casual Brunch Meeting. Dress is Saturday Casual!

These at-risk girls often have very little, and look forward to special outings or treats as rewards for their accomplishments.  If you have a heart to help, below is a list of some of the most cherished items.  Tax deductible receipt upon request.

• Gift cards for any teen appropriate activity or treat – such as McDonalds, Coldstone, etc.
  
This drive runs through March 11th so you still have time to spread the word and see if your neighbors, school, work group, society, etc. want to help too!
